As a topic title. Reason is :

Bad words to others, server and GM. It's annoying. They still can use PM/Whisper to chat. So don't bother others by posting on the global. If I want to take and SS everyday I catch around 3 to 5 picture to make them to be banned. Global Chat is not too important. Just remove it.
