Server Down

Server Down : I took around 5 to 6 hours to solve the problems and what exactly the problems come from. Finally it's from TMNet!!! How the hell I cannot think and still cannot accept the TMNet is really noob in the world!

Just wait for TMnet.

lucky i got another backup internet line.. P1 W1max

but.. it came so slow around time 3 - 4 AM... after that it maintain regulary

yeah yesterday midnight until morning p1 connection was not stable and keep on disconnect ,p1 nicer than others , never get lag .

2 hari da nie... Tak kan tak ada apa2 action kot..???

TMNet technician 'bercuti'. This is really stupid answer. I said to that OPERATOR, Do I need to cuti my bill until you fix it? She answered , " No, you can't do that. We try to solve your problem as soon as possible", "When?" "Until the technician come back from the holiday" WTF it is? "When he will be back?" "Maybe on Monday, I will arrange your appointment with him. " OMG..I really sick of this...i asked again " Do you have only 1 technician working on TMnet?" "No, we got many, but most of them got another things to do." "!@$#!@$!@$!@$ let me talk to another high officer" "Sorry sir, I can't do that" "Thank you for calling" then hang off... WTH is going on.

I calling to 1st Center TMNet ( high officer maybe ): Hello sir, I already state the problem to your operator and done for the report. But I just want you to answer just 1 question, do you? " Sure" "TMNet only working 5 days a week or 7 days?" " 7 days and 24 hours per day" so it means it never stop working to give a good service. " Why your technician only can come on Monday? I don't know how many times I called the OPERATOR but the oprater only says the same things. Can you assist me on this?" " Hold a moment I'll check where are you from" ..after a few second..."Oh, in your area we have less staffs there, maybe you need to wait for a few days" "Hello BOSS, I live in Malaysia, I repeat "MALAYSIA" . I'm not in the jungle, i'm not in the desert and I'm not everywhere tht ppl can't go. " "OK OK, just be patient I will try to contact your center there and after 2 hours if no one contact you pls calling here again"


after 10 minutes.


"Hello, do you are the one who make the reports to TMNet?" Yes, I am" "Do you at home?" "Yes"(I'm on the way to buy a Cigarette). "I'm the technician, and I'm on the way to come to your house. " "OK" ( I thought it takes maybe 1 or 2 hours to come )

after 5 seconds..1 2 3 4 5...Kringgggg??!! " Hello, I'm in front of your house" "OMG, why are you so fast? I'm on my way to buy a Cigarette. Can you pls wait for a while"



Finally, fixed. What the helll...

actually next time if got same problem...just keep call them and complain and complain and complain again,they just will care you...if not,they still or maybe
